Clearly Zenos picked up GREG the most MAGNIFICENT WEAPON of ALL!! Why else would it be offscreen?

wrestler has been a job in ff title through. also yosh p maybe drop hint to throw you off. also a wrestler job doesn't make sense if your enemy is use any melee weapons or range weapon the wrestler would be dead

It's Luchador not reaper, my reasoning:
- YoshiP said "not a sumo", why would he say that unless it's a different kind of wrestler?
- Suplex has been a demanded move, which is a wrestling move. LB3, Suplex? We can finally meme the Phantom Train
- Yes, hints point to Reaper, but we also have "Fandaniel" as a villain. Combining these two leads to "Grim Fandango" (my nickname for Fandaniel), which borrows a lot of Mexican folk lore in a Grim Reaping service. You know Koji Fox would sneak in a pun like "Grim Fandaniel".
- It's a melee job, Luchador would be melee
- It's a new job not present in the FF universe, Luchador has never existed in any FF titles
- "What about maiming gear? You wouldn't see a Luchador in heavy armour" I hear the critics say. Armour King in the Tekken universe was a Luchador. The job could be based off of that aesthetic.
- Last live letter? Lucha t-shirt.
- More reaper hints? Carolina Reaper is a type of chilli pepper. You might put it in a chill con carne, a TexMex dish, tying because to a Mexican hint.
- Yes, this means that Zenos picked up a Luchador mask at the end of 5.5
Whilst it is a facetious prediction...I want it to happen. I would be more invested in this than Reaper and I was excited about the idea of a Reaper.
I cannot convey just how fast I would drop everything to main Luchador <3
And oh my would a luchador look fabulous is maiming armor hahaha

It's "Yes, but" time.Sorta has become a pattern since Stormblood. Alisae went Red mage, and we had Hien and Gosetsu as Samurai. Then, in Shadowbringers, you had Thancred going Gunbreaker. That's 4 major characters who represented a new job in a new expansion. And now we have Alphinaud switch to Sage in Endwalker, so that's a pattern of 5 times they've done this (6 times if you include Zenos as being a Samurai in Stormblood, but he wasn't as major of a character back then as he is now).
5.4 and 5.5 teased Zenos taking up a new weapon. It's unlikely that they would hype up his new weapon so much if it's just going to be something we've already seen before. The new weapon will probably be revealed at the digital fanfest in a couple weeks and 5.55 by the end of the month.
All characters that choose the job were "playable" or based on a player model, race squeleton. Zenos has its own model like Ran'jit. Gosetsu has unique assets but he shares animations with roegadyns.
Thancred had a Gunblade in his back which clearly hinted a gunblade job. Zenos we don't have full visual of the scythe, we know it's a scythe but for some reason they keep hiding it.
Zenos used a katana but he wasn't Samurai either, he didn't used any SAM ability or even had a jobstone. He's basically like the guy with a katana using PLD animations.
Plus, Zenos as a poster job? Would it mean that the statue would be Zenos for a second time?

Or Alph and Sage, plus them hiding it/making such a big deal would be more down to the job not being announced yet, if he is the second job they couldn't really have him show it off well ahead of its intended reveal. It's "Yes, but" time.
