    Trying to move from HDD to SSD, not bought on Steam

    I moved FFXIV over to my SSD and I get a pop up saying it can't launch. I bought the game when 1.0 first came out so I don't own it on steam. I tried to install on my SSD originally but I had the same problem as I do now with a copy/paste. Installed on c/ right now which is my HDD. Any one else have this problem or know how to fix it?

    Is it possible for you to just uninstall and then reinstall to your SSD?

    I will try to reinstall again on my SSD. When I originally installed the game a few weeks ago I was getting the error. Like I said I will try to uninstall and reinstall and I will post any error messages should that arise. Hopefully it works fine this time!

    so i just uninstalled and reinstalled on the SSD and it wouldn't boot...then I ran it as admin and boom it worked. That's my fault for being to hasty but thanks for the reply!
