    When raise is being casted on a KO player, the KO player's HP bar should glow white

    Hello!

    In standard settings, most content is done without voice chat. However in cases of Extremes and Savages where you need to rely on your healer a bit, communication between you, your healer and maybe the RDM/SMN in your group should be made easier to communicate rezzing without the need of typing or macros.

    To create a realistic scenario, lets say 3 people have been KO'd in a 24 man.

    Macros can be annoying with long lines of roleplay rezzing, and typing midbattle is bad practice. Therefore, in order to properly communicate without the need of either is to make the KO's player HP bar pulse/glow white on the borders to signify that a res is being casted on that player, so that the 2nd healer or caster can res the other KO'd players.

    It's a little QoL which I'm sure is possible because the game tells us what we can interrupt already, just a similar effect like that but pulsing white to signify that someone is casting a raise on that person.

    This would be so much better than having to rely on raise macros to know which caster is raising who.

    The issue with multiple raises per person would still lingers, though, because sometimes healers save Swiftcast for this kind of situation.

    I mean, right now you can still look at the castbar of Ressurection in the party frame, because it takes a while to complete, but I agree that a flashing bar indicator would be extra nice to have.

    That's a fair point, but they could just have it be a w part effect.
    If someone is having Rez cast on them their HP bar can flash white.
    If the rez has been cast and they haven't taken it yet the bar can glow a solid white.

    That's true but raise macros don't solve this either, should 2 rezzers pop their SC at the same time.

    I think the original suggestion is still a good one. It might not make things perfect, but it would make things much better.

    I just wish if the player did not accept your res (because they accepted a different res) it would refund your MP. Or even bounce your res to a different KOd target if more than one is available. So it just auto corrects if we accidentally res the same person at the same time.

    Not directly related to the UI, but maybe if the Ressurrection wouldn't be able to be cast in someone already with the pending rez buff? Dunno if the server responsitivity would allow such a thing.

    It wouldn't save the Swiftcast if nobody else needed the Rez, but at least would save the MP.

    Would it give you a big error in the middle of your screen then? Cuz if my rez just fizzled I could mistake it for anything from a hiccup, to a move not getting qued properly, to "did I do something wrong?" So some confirmation like "[t] is being resurrected" would be appreciated.
    But yeah, I like your idea~
    Along with MP it could also potentially save quite a bit of time if you need to hard cast rez.

    This would be nice. I've been getting so frustrated lately by other people raising someone I'm already trying to raise. Yes it's nice to have a RDM or someone from a different alliance raise someone, but if I've already used Swiftcast and completely wasted it, or I use Lightspeed to raise people and right before I finish someone else does it, so I switch targets, start again, and the same thing happens, it makes my blood boil. It's caused me to just start ignoring KO'd players because I just have to assume someone else is going to beat me to it.

    I always feel bad when I'm on RDM and I duelcast into a Raise, only to see the healer swiftcasted a Raise at the same time. Then when I think it's okay to focus on DPSing and let the healer(s) do it, without fail: "rdm why are you not raising"
