    Daily beast tribe quests (these give experience points already).

    Treasure maps.
    Gathering too.

    It looks like you are trying to bring a WoW solution to something that isn't even a problem in FFXIV. Since it's not a problem you seem to be trying to find a problem but there just obviously isn't one.
