Changing zones leads to error 90002

I want to say it has started happening slightly before or immediately after the bozan hotfix. I seem to get the error 90002 frequently now when I change zones OR if we all wipe in a fight and it resets the fight. I HAVE never had this issue since I started playing ps4 beta so many years ago. I have tried the following to fix the issue to no avail:

    1. Completely reinstall the game x3 now
    2. Use and not use premium vpn
    3. Have the ISP do a router reset 3 different times now
    4. Change the UPnP value to 0 from 1
    5. Made sure large send offload was disabled
    5. Switched to google DNS

While it doesn't seem to plague my raiding with random 90002 errors, I can expect at least 1 error 90002 in every 10 times I warp to a new location, with housing wards particularly vulnerable.

Any help to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Is the system plugged directly into the router? Additionally have you tried port forwarding? If not, please attempt the following:

    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

Thank you for replying. It is not directly plugged into the router, so I will give the ISP a call and see they have those port ranges open. Thanks!
