I’d like to add that before you make your purchase, make sure the UPC matches that listed on the qualifying products list. Just having a similar item name may not be enough. If they reject it, you can submit an email to the customer support listed on the email they sent you, informing them that the item you purchased is a qualifying item since they have the same UPC. You can also include an attachment of your invoice and as well as a screenshot of the webpage on Amazon depicting the UPC in the product information section.
Unfortunately, in your case, although the item name is similar, the UPC of your purchased item does not match that on the product list. This weakens your case somewhat; however, you can still reach out to customer support to see if they can help and will accept your receipt as is.
One more thing, if your Amazon purchase is from the US store, can you change the language setting to English, currency to USD and resubmit the invoice in English? This may improve your chances of getting an approval from the evaluators.
