Everything has trade-offs and at the end of the day this largely comes down to player preference. As an example, you might be incredibly well versed in manually clicking on the party bars, manually clicking on the action, and manually clicking back on the target. So much so that, after 10000 hours of practice and drills, you can execute this sequence virtually indistinguishably from a player who has spent ten seconds crafting a keybound one button macro that does the same thing and finishes off with a bunny ears emote (/airquote motion /em gives <t> bunny ears.) at the end. Your suggested approach to "solve it with multiple keybinds" has disadvantages too; all this costs keybind real estate, and each button press has a time cost attached. Is the answer "learn to stretch"? Possibly. But that's not what OP was asking for advice on. And either way, it's a good idea for everyone to have some knowledge of how to do this themselves, with a clear understanding of what the benefits and disadvantages are.
