I definitely have hairstyles that I would like to link to particular jobs/outfits..


But I'm also wary that character customization data and gear data (and the glamour attached) are entirely different systems and aren't "linkable". Considering we have to leave the server(why do you think you can't queue anymore?) to change anything about your character, I'm suspecting that character creation and modification are their own thing as far as servers are concerned. Once the data is "set" it's submitted back to the servers and saved, unable to change while the character is being played for whatever reasons.


So while I support your idea, I would temper the expectation of something like this ever happening without major reworks of how the game keeps track of our character data, which is a fundamental change and likely not being considered.
