    Account locked, i need help quickly.

    please help i can't log in the game anymore

    "Based upon recent suspicious activity, we have identified that your account may potentially be at risk. For your protection, we have temporarily suspended login access to this account."
    I can not reset my passwort to unlock it because i dont get a code to my email.

    I need to fix it till tomorrow for our raid.

    I just got the same issue but I was able to get the email to reset my password. After I reset it and login from character screen, the game freezes up in the loading screen.

    Did you happen to click on raffle website? Those are fake please avoid following links from in game tells or chat. That's the rule of thumb

    It happens from time to time - likely there was either a suspicious log in attempt or something that just triggered their servers. Make sure the email wasnt lost to spam, use your emails search function to search for an email from square enix, etc etc.

    On a different note, you wish to be compensated roughly $1.50-$2?

    Because i was locked out i couldn't attend the raid letting 7 other people hanging, we all have our real life jobs and only time for savage content on the weekend, see it as "oh you make so much drama because you can't play one or two days"
    No, it is more than that, it is like losing an entire week.
