How often do you update your Market Board listings?

It kinda depends. If I'm just chilling and selling shit I happen to get (like fishing desynth glams, ex trial drops, shit my retainers bring me, etc), then probably once every few hours, mostly only if I'm listing another item. When I'm actively trying to grind gil, probably like twice an hour until I go to sleep. I hate seeing my gil go down but I spend a 1-3 mil a day so I need items to sell or I feel insecure lmao

Since I play on a JP server, I usually check twice a day, once when I wake up and once when I log in for the evening. This lets me hit the JP prime-time (my morning) and NA's prime-time (my evening). I don't adjust prices on everything all the time. If I do make adjustments, it's usually on things I've got high quantities of left over from crafting/gathering binges and want to get rid of. High value items may get adjusted down a little during the week to see if they sell. If not, I'll leave them alone to be bought at a later date.

This works for me since I don't craft with the intention of selling; I sell the extra stuff I get from crafting. If/when I get to the point of crafting with the intention of making as much money as I can, then I'll probably start adjusting prices more frequently. Until then, the MB is a source of almost passive income.
