I see.
Well... compared to doing the same 4 levequests for 10 levels I don't see a problem (especially when you're playing GLD and missing 50% of the time, blocking 1% of the time, and using Cure just as much as I use melee abilities)

Argh! The pain of missing on GLA/PLD sadly does not go away. I've got +60 acc from the Mogblade and two electrum rings and I still miss more than I'd like without the party accuracy bonus. The extra accuracy definitely helps though. If you haven't already, I'd pick up some of the metal accuracy rings, Copper Rings, Brass Rings, etc. Make sure it's at or below your level to get the bonus accuracy though.

Personally, I do not recommend PL to any new players (nor would I recommend it for anyone else). You can get level 30 in maybe two days (assuming you play a few hours a day) doing leves or partying with a couple of friends. You also get gil and some lower level equipment when you do the leves. And it's definitely more fun that way.![]()
Yep, a friendly person on my server gave me the acc rings, and it made a huge difference.... and then I leveled. It seems like at-level gear makes a big difference, and then a few levels later I feel under the curve. I worked on armorer initially (erroneously thinking it would make me "armor" for GLD) then I've started Weaver. I'm hoping to be able to craft some upgrades somewhat frequently, I'm just aggravated with how unclear crafting is ie which particular hempen body piece gives me the best stats, etc.
