    It's there to make it a bit harder for someone to create a bunch of alts, use them to make shell FCs, and then have one greedy person tie up an entire ward and deny several other players houses.

    It's pretty basic. I don't mind it at all. I'd actually increase the housing reqs, like making housing only accessible to FCs like, rank 15+ or something, because it takes a few hours to get r6 solo lol. Feels like it's faster to get an FC to 6 than it takes to grind out all the stupid GC ranks and do the annoying mfing hunts.
