Unable to summon Retainer

After the last patch, I haven't been able to summon my retainer in the wards. She was never moved from Ul'dah, and I can summon her at the bell at a moment's whim. When I go through the wards she's not there (not that I expected her to be). Has anyone else encountered this/is there a way around it? :/

Date & Time: Began shortly after March 9th (with the install of the patch)

Frequency: Always

Character Name: Lady Polgara & Tia Harribel

Race: Both Miqo'te

World: Durandal

Class: Any Class

Physical Level: 50, and Tia Harribel is 35.

Area and Coordinates: All Market Wards

Party or Solo: Solo.

NPC Name: None.

Monster Name: None

In-Game Time: Always.

Steps: Enter Market Wards and attempt to summon Retainer. Error message appears "You are unable to summon any more retainers in this area" (As close as I could get it from memory). *


*I checked each ward, and again she is showing up in The Dunes.
