    Why Duty finder queue so 30min for EX?

    I tried as DPS and TANK queus SHB's EX bosses for my first time. Same 30min+ queue
    First try queue The Dancing Plague.

    I knew try join party finder. But, every players put "duty complete"
    Cant join them.
