    Square Enix Customer Service Issues *

    Hi All,

    I've been having an issue with customer service for square enix forwarding my request to a GM. It's an obvious in-game issue that they could assist with, but for some reason the customer service team is really incompetent this year it seems.

    Does anyone know how to contact a GM directly for an in-game issue besides the typical in-game channels? Basically, I cannot partake in my wedding anniversary this year, and we paid the platinum fees. My SO is able to accept the Anniversary quest, but I cannot despite my ring showing the correct engravings.

    Anything this lovely community can do to help, please let me know.

    ingame is always the fastest way to get a gm, or the support site https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/help/ and scroll down the the square enix account to start outside of game. you'll need to login, so if you have a security key or software token, make sure those are handy for the OTP you'll need
