Hi All,

I've been having an issue with customer service for square enix forwarding my request to a GM. It's an obvious in-game issue that they could assist with, but for some reason the customer service team is really incompetent this year it seems.

Does anyone know how to contact a GM directly for an in-game issue besides the typical in-game channels? Basically, I cannot partake in my wedding anniversary this year, and we paid the platinum fees. My SO is able to accept the Anniversary quest, but I cannot despite my ring showing the correct engravings.

Anything this lovely community can do to help, please let me know.
