    Happens to me at the starting cutscene of diamond weapon. Tried everything I could think of as well.

    That was one where I errored as well.

    Matoya's Relict, Terncliff, and The Firmament all error me. There may be more but honestly I'm losing my motivation to play when I can't even do the things I want to.

    Terncliff was fine after getting past that cutscene (jumped on the wife's PC to finish the quest chain) because there's no other reason to go there. Matoya's is in the expert roulette though, and the firmament is needed for crafter relics. Both are more necessary than Terncliff.
