Very bad lag - Game unplayable - Primal / Ultros

Hello.
For about a month, I've been getting very bad lag on evenings (after about 7pm GMT-3).
By bad lag, I mean the game is unplayable.
For example, when fighting Ovni in Eureka Hydatos, I hear in discord when it was killed, and I was still seeing it at 40% health. Took over a minute for it to actually die for me.
Most fights proceed like that, so it's impossible to avoid AoEs or even survive.
That's for combat related stuff. While gathering, same thing... when I try to gather some random thing, it sometimes takes 15 secs after I click the item for it to actually perform the animation and give me the result.
Some days it's better than others, but the way it is, I'm always concerned about lag, and end up endangering the rest of the raid because of it.
This has been going for over a month. I've heard people saying it's because of Comcast, but I really don't know.
I'm in South America, always used to get an "Excellent" connection in character selection screen. Now it's alwyas "Poor". Tried switching ISP, but the result is the same. From pings and traces, I guess it's not on my end, but somewhere along the route to the Primal datacenter. Not something I can change.
As I'm playing in a PS4, setting up a VPN is out of the question... can't do it in the PS4, and my router doesn't support setting on it.
My settings are all fine. I've searched the forums before posting. Ports are open, JS is enabled, everything is fine. Never had a problem in the past.
Will probably cancel the subscription and maybe come back after a few months, because the way it is, the game is unplayable.

You can setup VPN on router level if you aren't using the ISP all-in-one. Depends on the model.

It's a Nokia G-240W-C, tried to look everywhere, but couldn't find anything VPN related.
