There is no such thing as versions of good and it's not only about high percentiles. High numbers are just part of playing your class well. You created the topic asking why you weren't doing well in content that should be easy, yet when you're given legitimate feedback that it's actually on you, you ignored it and got defensive. The type of person who ignores advice is one who can't learn or improve and this is why you struggle in easy content. Because you're playing poorly and refuse to look at that because you prefer to think you're good.
You're patting yourself on the back too much for min ilv clears, while still a good thing to accomplish, dps checks there are largely irrelevant because class potencies have been massively buffed over the years, TP is no longer a thing, no tank stance penalties, cleric stance, shorter cooldown times and so on. It might be hard to hear but it's likely you got carried to some degree too regarding enrage timers.

I can't give you specifics and actual help without getting a ban, but let's just say I have a "hunch" you're consistently missing large parts of your toolkit and losing significant uptime. Which is actually quite normal for many players and nothing to be ashamed of, but if you do want to be a good player you'd have to swallow the pride, ask for help and start looking at where you need to improve.
