PlayStation 5 Trophies Not Popping

I have been playing on the FFXI PS5 beta and completed multiple activities that should have popped PlayStation trophies. In-game achievements are still registering, but the PlayStation-level trophies are not popping.

Previously, I was told to engage in an activity to trigger previously earned trophies, but that has not worked.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

I assume you mean FFXIV (but if they make FFXI for ps5 I might have to play!) I am seeing the same issue where a number of old/completed PS trophies still have not repopped. With most of them I have been able to repop them by unlocking a new achievement in the same category, but that may not be possible for all of them (such as msq.)

Like OP I am signed in on the correct PSN account and FFXIV account. The trophy issue seems to be widespread.

Another annoying issue is the size of the main system menu text, which is either way too big or way too small.

Overall it's hard to complain too much though about actually having 1) a ps5 and 2) a ps5 version of FFXIV!
