How is fetish advertizing not a bannable offense?

woooaaah, don't take my devil may care attitude towards the people actually trolling as bait, I'm very serious. Fetishes don't belong in FFXIV.

Also - is it seriously that hard for people to just /blist and ignore stuff like this? Especially since most of it is in the Other tab? It's like people go out every day and look for something to get offended by.
