Can't Annul Marriage, Ring Missing after Server Crash

So this took place years ago back when I was suffering DX11 crashes out the wazoo. I had just moved from Brynhildr to Balmung and my marriage partner didn't move with me, so of course it broke the ring. No problem, I'll annul my marriage. Went to the NPC to break the marriage, turned over the ring, and promptly got a DX11 crash. Whatever. Reload up, talk to the npc again.

"If you want to annul your marriage, we'll need your eternity ring."

Problem is, the NPC had just taken my eternity ring. The game believes I'm still married, but took my ring, so I can't attempt to annul again, which means I can't marry again. I tried the in-game support but of course got the "it's not something GM's can help with uwu" typical response.

I want to get remarried but obviously can't while the game is still very insistent I'm married despite it being years. The ring is obviously not in any retainer or inventory. The NPC stole it. The thief.

Does the command "/isearch eternity" bring up any results for you?

Nope, already tried it, absolutely nothing. Tried it years ago when it first happened, tried it months ago when I first remembered, tried it just now. Nada. The thief NPC took it and vanished it into the Ether. Alas.

So.... nothing can be done about this? A GM can't pop an Eternity Ring into my inventory so I can just hand it over again?
