Once you get presence of mind I think it is? You can reduce the cast time of any spell and nullify the recast on it, so that you can pop 2 Cura in the time it would take 1 Cura. Great for those moments. Im only 35 WHM so I can't gauge what WHM needs yet, but at such a level, aslong as you're using stoneskin as often as you can and maybe regen if you have it, it isn't too much of an issue. Personally I AoE stoneskin if I have the chance, so I can focus more on the tank.
