Just my take on SCH Adjustments in EW to help make the job feel more fluid to play. Please let me know what you think about these suggestions.

Summon Selene/ Summon Eos - Instant cast summon like SMN's Summon I/II/III.
Fey Union - Will no longer tether a player, instead now Strengthen Embrace's potency while it is active. Consumes 10 Gauge per Embrace while active.
Dissipation - Generates 25 Fey Gauge, 3 Aetherflow Charges, Dismisses the Faerie + Increases HP recovery via healing actions by 20% for 30 seconds, Resets the cooldown of all Aetherflow-cost skills
Excogitation - Placing an Excogitation on the same player with an existing Excogitation effect will activate the effect in advance before giving a new Excogitation effect.

Faerie - These skills will be on the pet Hotbar and can be assigned to our hotbars like how we can put [Place] and [Heel]. These skills that the pet casts have a 1.5 second cast time, but doesn't take an oGCD from the character to activate:

Embrace /Seraphic Veil - 6 second cooldown, but higher base potency
Whispering Dawn - usable under both Seraph and Eos/Selene
Fey Illumination - usable under both Seraph and Eos/Selene
Fey Blessing - 30 second cooldown, but cost 20 Fey Gauge
Fey Union / Dissolve Union
Consolation - Only usable under Seraph

These are on the pet hotbar to control Pet AI.
Place
Heel
Auto Heal Mode / Manual Heal Mode
Faerie Focus Target

These are skills usable only under Dissipation:
Fey Tactics [NEW] - Instant cast oGCD, 2 Charges, 60 seconds to recharge, Recast: 1 second, Consume 10 Gauge to create a 200 potency shield to all party members nearby for 30 seconds (15 yalm radius). If the previous shield has not broke, convert existing shield into raw hp and replace with a new shield.

Reasoning:
The current SCH's oGCD faerie skills takes a long time to activate after giving the oGCD order because the faerie tries to weave the abilities between Embraces - which can cause up to a 3 second delay before the Healing skill activates. This can lead to skills not activating when using Dissipation or Summon Seraph in the same GCD weave window.

For example, Whispering Dawn will not activate if you use Whispering Dawn + Dissipation within the same Ruin II cast because the Faerie will dissipate before she finishes casting Whispering Dawn. The only way to get around this is to use them separately by casting more Ruin IIs, which causes the oGCD skills to be very annoying to use if you want to activate them right as they come off cooldown before swapping to Dissipation or Seraph to quickly burst heal.

The Fey Union skill in Shadowbringers expansion requires the faerie to target someone and then create a tether. While this tether is up, the faerie can't use other skills to heal the target or the tether breaks. In essence, this is just another way to give a party member a stronger regen effect, but with a huge drawback. When we use another faerie skill, we will have to spend an extra Ruin II to initiate the tether again before the effect can kick in due to server ticks - whereas another healer could just do that once due to the persistent nature of how regens work. It feels very terrible to use when you want to use Fey Union, but also want to activate Whispering Dawn that is going off cooldown in 5-10 seconds.

Skipping the oGCD command to have the faerie directly start casting the skill is a better workaround since we can properly activate faerie's skills ahead of time without having to worry about activating them in the same GCD window. It also removes the problem of taking more Ruin IIs to retether since we no longer have to give it a command from our end.

To allow the faerie to be controlled to time these skills without delay, Embrace will most likely have to be set to manual cast or have a cast bar to see when the previous skill finishes executing on the faerie's end. This is where I feel Embrace should have a slightly longer cooldown but a higher potency to prevent the constant need to Embrace spam and to enable weaving faerie skills together. However, the option to have the faerie auto embrace should exist too for players who do not feel comfortable with manually using Embrace.

Embrace currently targets the lowest HP player. The Faerie Focus Target is to make the faerie heal a selected target and only the selected target for single targeted heals. This is to help the healer selectively heal rather than have Embraces go all over the place. Selecting the same target as before will remove the Focus Target and the faerie will auto target whoever's HP is the lowest.

Rather than make Fey Union tether a player, I rather it strengthened Embrace instead but only consumes the Fey Gauge with each Embrace it casts. In this way, we can use other faerie healing skills without having to worry about Fey Union getting interrupted. Having the Faerie Focus Target also enables us to dynamically control Fey Union without requiring to tether to one player and to remove the tether when wanting to target another player.

I feel Dissipation should also get an adjustment/buff so it would feel better to use in a planned/unplanned scenario. The problem with Dissipation is the significant tradeoff of sacrificing 30 seconds of Embrace healing AND access to all your faerie healing abilities for that duration (Whispering Dawn, Seraph, Fey Union, Fey Blessing, etc.) for 3 aetherflow instead of being a free oGCD skill that generates resources. This drawback causes using Dissipation for anything other than Energy Drain when you know no damage is going to happen not really worth it since the healing from 3 aetherflow charges is offset by the cost of not having your faerie's skills activating in that time.

To offset some of that heal loss during Dissipation, there could be a skill that consume the Fey Gauge there instead and increase the healing potency on all our oGCDs during the duration.
