    I would like to give positive feed back to [GM]Gm Laghegath. Although the reasoning behind why I was in contact with him is confidential, the response was pleasant, informative, and reassuring. I have confidence that the [GM] team will resolve the issue. I have always had positive interactions with the [GM] team and just wanted to say thank you to [GM]Gm Laghegath and all the staff for doing a great job.
