Have gloves on, have facility buff but still cannot craft for Ehcatl! Please Help!!

I have the proper gloves on and I DO HAVE the facility buff but I am UNABLE to craft for Ehcatl quests!

I ALWAYS get the following error message, "unable to commence synthesis you are not using the proper facilities"


A Google search ONLY brings up that I need the facility buff but I already have the facility buff yet I cannot craft! Another player was able to craft right next to me and I cannot due to the error

As you can clearly see, I have the gloves on and the buff is active yet the error message you see here occurs

Does anybody know what the problem could be?

When crafting for the Ixal you can't just do it from your menu.
There are certain crafting stations the quests point out to you. It's a but troublesome, but you're only able to craft there, and often you're only able to make certain items at each place.
Just pitch the Ixal quests you're currently doing and start with some fresh ones. If you read the dialogue and follow the quest markers on your map you should have no problem.

Each quest has their own facility (well some have none but still), so perhaps the facility buff you have is from the wrong quest for the item you want to make.
It does look like you have multiple Ixali quests active right now, meaning multiple facilities have spawned for you.

My suggestion would be to NOT go around and activating all of them at once. I did that, their debuffs are killer when combined. Just get the right one you need.
Also gosh, repair your gear!
