Same here, all those functions at Inn needs to put into housing. Weird we cannot change clothing / groom in our own home but I need to head out to hotel to ... change clothes. haha
From my understanding its rather unlikely.
The problem with the dresser seems to be is that there is a high chance for corrupted data if more than one person uses the dresser at the same time - something thats not possible in inn rooms, since you're always alone in there, but something that could happen in a house.
Unlike summoning bells you dont use the dresser to pick the inventory you want to access, you get directly into that inventory. If more than one person does that at the same time, they're worried that data (aka your items) might get lost. So as a safety measure no glamour dresser for housing.
This is also a question thats being asked again and again... I must have seen it about three times in the past few weeks alone. Would be really, really nice if people started to use the search function of the forum - posting in one big thread instead of creating new ones also helps with getting wishes across to the dev-team in general.
Interesting, the inside house is already an instance itself. Maybe they can add option on the dresser limited to one person access at a time. But this is really strange limitation, shouldn't it works like Retainer bells? That thing is access to retainer inventory from hundreds of players around it.From my understanding its rather unlikely.

You are picking a specific inventory to access. And only you can access your retainer.Interesting, the inside house is already an instance itself. You can change clothes at home (equip gear/apply plates); it's just the glamour plate setup that has to be done elsewhere.
Can we at least have an inn room in the Gold Saucer? It's crazy that they have an entire glamour focused event but no way of accessing a dresser without going to a city and back again.
It's occasionally a little pain but is it really a big deal to have to travel to a town to do it quick?
It might be in the best interest for them to redo the glamour system entirely, both front-end and back-end. Would be extremely expensive, but it seems like this and a lot of most popular user requests willl never happen otherwise. Especially because every time they add glamour dresser plates or spacr, the way the data works in FFXIV means a quadratic increase in data complexity and density. Not sure if they looked at the asset pipeline when they improved loading times, but it could improve the odds of improving the glamour system long term.
Personally I think the Saucer should have MB access and a moogle mail area as well, but meh.
