From 1.19:
From 1.20:
And with 1.22 tomorrow, we've yet to see the "fix" that the Dev team was "looking into". Did they decide not to make mage primal weapons make sense or are they still toiling away with obvious ways to make them work?
Have all the changes coming in 1.22 been listed somewhere? Perhaps you'll log on tomorrow and find your concerns unwarranted.
Perhaps. We will see I guess in a days time luls.
They didn't give a time frame for this fix. Looking at the comments if we don't see it this patch (then it might be a 1.23 or 2.0 fix) but we'll see when they release the notes tomorrow.![]()

they did make changes in 1.20 they upped the attack and magic attack from 20 to 30..... cuz that was why we were so mad.... the extra 10 matt makes up for the other useless stat for mages......
And then they said they were going to update it even further. Hence the second quote.
the point was we made perfectly clear in 1.19 that the additonal effect on the primal weapons was pointless for mages cuz we dont melee.... so they respond by giving everyone (not only mages with the useless stat) more attack...... then we make it even clearer again in 1.20 that we werent complaining about the stupid attack we wanted the weapons to not have ass backwards stats that will never be used on them, and they respond with nothing for 5 months..... i dont think they are gonna change anything and most likely tomorrow we will see another set of additional effects we cannot use.
Maybe yes.
