Unwanted Gear

First, I doubt I'll ever get in to "alts." At this point, other jobs are pretty far from my thinking, I still have a ton of game to go through and I want to get to end game on my BLM. Old school, single focus as it is.

So I have a lot of gear that my job can't use and with the very, very limited storage I have to do something with it. I see 2 possibilities, sell for gil or turn into the the GC for seals. Advice? My inclination is the GC seals as I am still rising up in rank there (and I have a decent nest egg of gil, 1M plus).

Start desynthing stuff. You'll want your desynth level to be pretty high to be able to obtain HQ/rarer items like from Shinryu/Hades etc for the scale, auracite, etc. Or for other things, but getting your desynth level up is always a good idea.

Yes, keep turning in for seals until you cap rank and have a decent stash. If you go for any of the early relic weapons for glowing glams, you'll want plenty of seals on hand.
