Progress towards two trophies not working!

As the trophy hunter I want to achieve 100% in every game that I am really enjoy playing. My question concerns two types of trophies. Trophies that are big time consumers.

Those two are: "Made to order I,II,III,IV" (synthesize xxx number of collectables" & "Living off the land I,II,III,IV" (gather xxx collectables)

I have noticed that there is no progress towards those two trophies after I catch a fish, gather cooper ore, branch or synthesize simple reciepe like for "distilled water".

Am I missing something, or those two are simply glitched?, what is categorized as collacteble in this game, and most important what do I have to do to start making progress towards those trophies.

I am a new player and I saw that few people had those achievements but probably they were playing since PlayStation 4/3 and I start playing on PS5.

Collectables are any item with this symbol in their name and icon.


Their only purpose is to be turned in to NPCs for crafter/gatherer dailies or weeklies or Reduced into elemental crystals. There is a quest to unlock them in Ishgard at Lv50, "Inscrutable Tastes". Crafted collectables are always crafted as collectibles as of a ShB patch. Gathering collectibles will pop up a special collectables window when you try to gather them.
