[Samurai] Enpi consumes Meikyo Shisui charges without benefiting from combo bonuses.

Reproducibility:

Steps:

1) Log into the game on a level 56+ Samurai.
2) Find a target dummy.
3) Attack the target dummy with Enpi and take note of the damage dealt.
4) Click Meikyo Shisui, then attack the target dummy with Enpi again.
---> Enpi doesn't do 3.2x damage as if it met the combo prerequisite, but consumes a Meikyo Shisui charge.

Expected Result:
Casting Enpi while Meikyo Shisui is active should either:

A) Not consume Meikyo Shisui charges
or
B) Benefit from the Meikyo Shisui charge by enabling Enhanced Enpi damage.

Enpi is not a classic combo bonus. You gain a buff upon using Hissatsu: Yaten which give the extra potency.
As for Meikyo, the tooltip says that it consume a charge each time you perform a weaponskill.

So basically, it works "well", except it didn't take into account using Enpi within Meikyo window, which is something you shouldn't actually do.

It says "Execute up to 3 weaponskill combos without meeting combo prerequisites." Iaijutsu is a weaponskill, but doesn't consume charges, presumably because it's not part of a combo. So by your logic Enpi isn't part of a combo and therefore shouldn't consume charges either. Unless it is part of a combo, and then it should grant the Enhanced Enpi bonus. Much as is stated in the expected result area of the bug.

Meikyo Shisui stacks are not used up only when you use a combo action, but when you use any weaponskill, even Hakaze and Fuga will use up a stack, despite being the initial hit of the 3 part combos. Enpi's buff is separate and comes from Yaten, It states so on the tooltip where it specifies "Enhanced Enpi Bonus: x" and not "Combo bonus"

As for it not affecting Iajitsu, i would suggest you reread the Meikyo Shisui tooltip.
