    Suggestion: Making AST card draw cooldown ~15 seconds when out of combat

    Just a simple suggestion that's pretty much a no-brainer. When you start a fight (either after entering the instance or after wiping), AST has to draw a card, then wait 30 seconds for their card draw to come off of cooldown before the fight starts, or they won't be able to use divination in time for their opener. This is especially annoying now that SE made sleeve draw only be one card. I'd be happy if they made sleeve draw back to 3 cards, even if it came with a slight damage nerf to cards, but at the very least, card draw should have a 10-15 second cooldown if it's used out of combat. Then you wouldn't have to wait 30 seconds in-between boss pulls, which is very annoying and a waste of time.

    Ot you could just start any new instance/restart from any wipe with a card already drawn.
