DX11 Errors; Something strange is occurring?

Recently, there's been a spate of threads regarding DX11 Fatal Error crashes regarding the game. I've also been reporting similar, but the responses have been lacking.

As of most recent, I've been noticing them happening in places like Bozjan Warfront. However, something very particular happens when these crashes occur.

My game doesn't actually crash. But my player model disappears and sound stops working. Attempting to move around moves the player camera but at an accelerated pace, it looks like. Game functions still work like chat, interactions, and the like. But it seems like my player is not there and the sound is completely gone save for ambience. The issue is not corrected until I acknowledge the DX11 Error Window and it force-closes the game.

To be sure, I've done the usual fixes. CC Cleaner, fresh reinstallations (repeatedly), disabled all game overlays, even turned off "enhanced sound" in my sound options for my speakers. I've not done anything to the game itself, either. This has been happening even before 5.5 landed.

Addendum: Mounting was the disappearing issue. Movement could still be achieved but only in a fixed location. Models stopped loading in for other entities otherwise.

These errors are also occurring in DX9 node.

Happened again. This time, while alt tabbed. Same exact things.

Since a fresh uninstall/reinstall, a system repair of damaged files, and another registry cleaning, the errors were still occurring, now a straight crash to desktop.

However, I believe I may have found my workaround. Playing in DX9c helped for a bit, but when errors were still occurring, it was largely when I was alt tabbed. Having re-enabled FPS limiters when alt-tabbed or afk, I've not had a crash since. Will keep posted on this.

Todays thing triggering Directx to drop me to desktop is trying to load into the tempest. Doing fresh installs of the game seems to fix the issue until it tries to load another badly installed asset I'm assuming.

Same thing I have been having for months now. New laptop even and crashing now with the error codes. Back in October I thought it was just the game, ended up being a graphics card / system issues on laptop. Got a new one in March. I have reinstalled the game three times now, even deleted all my old FFXIV files on laptop and my one drive thinking something was conflicting. Still happening. Same error date too 2021-4-6 but mine has 10:09. Sooo annoying.

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
3) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
4) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
5) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
6) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
7) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything
8) Install Windows, Steam, and FINAL FANTASY XIV onto the same drive (preferably the C:/ drive)
