high latency at certain hours on Chaos data center

Hi, since last week i been having terrible latency around 20:00pm to 02:00am GMT +2 here on Chaos datacenter server ragnarok, im playing on pc, wired and i have around 180-200 of latency when normally im around 40-60.

my company is Jazztel and i talk with them to open the ports of the game and such but right now the game is a total pain.

i made a tracer and this is what i get:

Idk whats going on over there but i can't do anything about it, i used VPN but barely works so i would apreciate some asistance, thanks.

I am having the exact same issue, with disconnects too.

May I ask which country and ISP you connect with.
I connect from the UK with Virgin Media 200mb cable.

Spain with jazztel 100mb fibre cable, its seems to be something around france datacenter where is failing idk, all my raid is having problems now too, feel heavy and oGCD not executing properly, im more stable compared to before but still not how im use to i hope the maintenance of tomorrow solve it.

Same here in france, my ISP is Orange. Latency every evenings since two weeks.

Same ISP, same country, same issue unfortunately.

When I feel this much latency, as a MCH it completely discourages me from playing the game.

i wanted to update the problem persist and im right now sufering high latentcy again, yesterday during raid time was the same but less severe and now im sitting betwen 168-199 latency nightmare.

Same issues here, I live in France and my ISP is Orange with fibre optic connection. This happens at evening hours and latency can go up to 150ms+

Square Enix told me they have no problem with their servers and that they are not able to contact internet service providers directly anyways. So they advise us to contact Orange ourselves.

Have been having the same problem, but on Light. Around 8pm GMT I jump to 150-200 ping, on Chaos closer to 30. Getting very annoying as Phoenix is my main server

Been getting this issue too since the Sunday after 5.5 landed, never had this issue since i started to play (pmuch since launch).
I'm on light and the instance server is just unplayable from 6pm to around midnight with severe packet loss / lag / input canceled or delayed. It only happen during duties, nothing in open world etc.
