    [EU] ELV/SEPA Payment Technical Difficulties (Mar. 24)

    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties which prevents payments made via ELV/SEPA on the Mog Station.
    We recommend using alternative payment methods if you are experiencing an error 401 or 601 while using ELV/SEPA.
    If you are still experiencing an error after trying alternative payment methods, please contact our SQUARE ENIX Support Centre.
    We will provide an update as soon as there is any change in the situation.

    Recovery from SEPA Payment Technical Difficulties (Apr. 21)

    At the below time, we experienced technical difficulties which prevented payments being made via SEPA on the Mog Station.
