But we have another face type for new midlander's beard. So yeah... we ends up living with that.

SE had to add a new face for midlander just stubble that people requested and they could not even add it as an option for that one face. Unless they do something with their coding and/or engine, I don't think Highlanders will ever have real eyebrows unless SE makes a separate face with eyebrow. Same can be said about beard option for other races.
