Does PS5 Beta client required me to have valid PS5 license code?

You have to purchase the licenses for the Playstation 4 version which will then let you enter the PS5 Open Beta.

Many thanks for respond, so I need to buy PS4 licenses, same region as my US account then it will run into my PS5
