Aether Data center Novice Network trolls

For numerous months now there have been disruptive individuals spamming the Novice Network with varying degrees of Hate speech, profanities, Story spoilers, and otherwise largely disruptive blocks of all-caps spam. Several lines are inputted in the span of a few seconds before the user jumps to another world using the world visit system. By Jumping to another world they cannot be kicked by mentors (though free trial characters don't take long to create and only receive a 30min kick anyway.)
Mentors and Moderators need stronger tools to combat these disruptive and offensive attacks that happen almost daily.

• Reserved Kicks for offline/offworld users that activate upon their return to the world wherein the Kick was issued.
• Off-world kicks to boot a disruptive individual if they are online but on another world.
• Inviting Mentor lookup; it is believed a disgruntled mentor is inviting these free accounts via another device, but Mentors and moderators are not able to verify this at present.

It is disheartening to see this disruption continue in the Novice Network; A channel for new players to seek assistance and explore what FFXIV has to offer.
