FF14 Crashing Whenever Trying to Enter New Nier Raid Error 17

So after the 5.5 patch update, my game crashes whenever I try to enter the newest Nier Alliance Raid. It shows: An Unexpected Error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV.(17)

I did some research on this and have tried these solutions that helped people who had similar problems in the past:
    1. Delete the FFXIV file under My Games before reinstalling
    2. Reinstalling the game (3 times)
    3. Switch to DirectX 9 instead of using DirectX 11
    4. Uninstalling GeForce Experience and reinstalling my graphics card drivers manually
    5. Disable overlays
    6. Typing in "for %d in (*.dll) do regsvr32 -s %d" into Command Prompt to fix the dlls

However the problem is still not fixed and I have ran out of solutions. Everything else is fine in game and I can access Diamond Weapon trials and the new MSQ dungeon. It's literally just this one raid that I cannot get in.
