    Cannot download client HELP!!!!

    My game ran fine till latest patch. Then i kept getting unable to download patch errors within a minute of starting the download. After 10 attempts over the course of 12 hours, I uninstalled the game and ATTEMPTED a clean install. I say attempted because I am still getting failed to download errors!!!

    What I have tried:
    removed all ff14 files including old download files
    downloaded launcher from official SE location
    set DNS to 8888 and 8844
    defraged and virus scanned entire system
    rebooted router
    plugged computer directly into router
    used wifi
    used vpn
    set startup programs to only what was needed to run system
    updated drivers
    turned off xbox game panel
    made sure the bios was up to date
