New FSH "Release List" skill not working correctly on PS4/controller

Class/Level: FSH (80)
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Any time
Area and coordinates: Any area

Steps:
1. As a Fisher, use "Release List" action near any fishing hole.
2. Attempt to toggle any fish by pressing X (I tried other buttons too) with PS4 controller.
3. Only the "All" buttons work. Individual fish can't be toggled by pressing X on the controller.
4. Using the Touch Pad or Virtual Mouse works correctly, however. I haven't tried with a hardware mouse but I assume it would work correctly too.

I've asked around and someone else had the very same issue so I don't think it's isolated to just me.

Wait it works when you use touch pad/virtual mouse? I should try that then, I've been so confused why you couldn't toggle individual fish!
