I dunno...

I mean the final bosses from FF6, FF7 and FF12 seemed like "Oh crap! What's gonna happen?!"

FF6, a few swings of the Atma Weapon and the offering and Sabin doing his double limp wrist claw attack took down the last boss(es).

FF7, last boss stalled for time with a minute-long attack, but ultimately died faster.

FF12, last boss surfaced and he went down in under 60 seconds. (the second time I fought him with the same save, he gave me a hard time though, it's strange how that works).

But they all have pretty delicious last boss musics.
