unlock Crystal Series

Hi
I'm standing on the mission, A Time to Every Purpose, and I don't know what to do. He asks me to have or start the Crystal series but I don't know where to get that content unlocked. I have read that a Oulandish man is in mordona but I can not locate it in the position that it should. How should I continue with these missions or unlock the crystal series content?

Is it possible that you started the Crystal Tower series at some point but did not complete it yet?

Check your journal to see if you've got any of them under way already!

(might also help to check if you've unlocked any of the included raids yet - namely "The Labrynth of the Ancients", "Syrcus Tower" and "World of Darkness" - maybe you unlocked the first one, but stopped at that point?)

I have read that also I have to be level 55 and I am only 52, at this stage it is difficult for me to increase my level only with the quests of the areas to which I have access so I see that I will end up in the dungeons all day .

No, something is wrong about that level 55 information, you only need to be level 50 for all of Crystal Tower.

You can raise your level very fast by doing your daily dungeon/trial roulettes!

I wondered if it might be an item level requirement, but I checked and it's not. Labyrinth requires i50, Syrcus is i70.

Anyway. It's wrong, however it got there. Level 50 is all you need and the gear requirements shouldn't be a problem if you were able to get into Keeper of the Lake already.

(No need to worry by the way - they're called raids, but they're more like normal dungeons, just with 24 people instead of only 4!)
