Literally a balloon popping and someone peeing in a cup. Fitting I suppose. Give the sound effects team a raise.
I also liked some little bits there - Livia looked none to happy to be competing with the orphans for Gaius' attention, putting her head down and then going off and sulking a short distance away.
I'm hoping they don't conveniently overlook the fact that the Garlond Ironworks now has three mostly intact Weapons in their custody and it actually plays into something in the future...particularly with the stuff that's been happening in the MSQ lately.
Then again, with it being a sidequest it's liable to remain wholly detached from the MSQ regardless of the fact that the questline was introduced in the MSQ proper.
Honestly my best guess is that if it does factor into the MSQ it'll be in a one-off line about how the Ironworks and Gaius mobilized the weapons to free another territory off-screen. Kinda like how the early mentions of G'raha Tia pre-mandatory CT MSQ happened to be nice little easter eggs before the big reveal in ShB. Or they could just go whole hog and force people to complete it down the road, since that same G'raha stunt didn't cause a whole lot of fuss from the playerbase.I'm hoping they don't conveniently overlook the fact that the Garlond Ironworks now has three mostly intact Weapons in their custody and it actually plays into something in the future...particularly with the stuff that's been happening in the MSQ lately.

I expected more Evangelion-style moments so I wasn't all that surprised.
The sound effects did crack me up, though.
A balloon pop followed by... running water?

Ever worse when they started voicing the Raids more and more from Rabanastre onwards with all bosses being voiced in Orbonne... back to 0 voicing on Copied factory...I genuinely can't understand the decision either. Other than 'this is how we've handled it from the start', characters like 2B in the Nier raids and especially Gaius in the Werlyt series being unvoiced is just inconceivable. I don't believe for a second that they don't have budget for it, it's just a choice of 'we've never had this kind of content voiced so neither do we now'.
Also, the children are still in Terncliff, if you watch for a while...
The voicing of the bosses in the Ivalice series seems kinda random in retrospect.
It was nice, sure, but... why only that raid series?
The Nier raids have some rather wacky bosses (especially towards the end) and I think some voice acting could have really helped there.
