Please stop attaching the lower part of a gear set to the chest piece

I don't get why the devs choose to do this. More often than not, it ruins the whole chest piece and limits its use for other glamours. If I wanted the lower part too, I'd glamour the legs piece, which is supposed to have that part attached to it instead. Examples of this would be the Riviera dress, the Qitana Ravel set, and the Paglth'an set (I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting). The latter has such a pretty chest part for aiming, scouting, and striking, but the whole thing is ruined because it's attached to the "skirt" thingy (T_T).

I would like a stockings toggle for skirts...some of them would be nice with thigh high stockings, but the only way to really get them is using the 2B legs, but that cuts out a LOT of lower section and doesn't work with a lot of armours I want to use the skirts with.

I agree, same with gloves sometimes. I really liked the neo-Ishgardian tank set for it's one armored arm only to find that the actual arm equipment was just hand, meaning that very few gloves besides the default match and the gloves themselves are useless.

I was excited when I saw the gearset promo image because it looks like a few of the Pagl'than sets have leg gear that are sort of kilty. Skirtlike with a front apron.

I was super disappointed to find that the legs are actually just shorts, and the kilty part belongs to the chest slot.

I feel you. The same goes for the aiming set. I so wish the Neo-Ishgardian set's chest piece didn't have the gloves part attached to it. When I first saw it, I was scratching my head at this choice. That part clearly belongs with the gloves, so why? We already have plenty of simple gloves in the game, so, again, why?

Same. I still like the robe thingy but wish it was part of the leg slot instead. A few other sets that have this ...issue are the DNC af gear, the lv 60 caster/healer lv 60 pvp sets, and the Thavnairian bolero/bustier. Imo when the chest area is completely cut off around the abdomen, whatever's below should be part of the leg slot instead.

I 100% agree, despite the fact im in a complete opposite side of this.
I hate finding a skirt I love, only to find out its actually attached to the worlds ugliest body piece. (or theres a much better body piece for it)
