PS5/PS4 Mouse Issues - Corsair Scimitar Pro RGB

So, my issue is that I am trying to play FF XIV on PS5 with a mouse and I have too many issues with it:
1. The left and right mouse buttons are swapped. I tested the mouse on different computers and it works fine there, but on PS4 and PS5 version of FF XIV the left and right are swapped.
2. I am unable to use the side buttons of the mouse


As you can see, the mouse has 12 side buttons and the game does not recognized any.

For the record, this issue occured on both (!) PS5 open beta version (I specifically downloaded it to see if the bugs will be there) and the actual PS4 version of the game working on PS5. I also tried using different USB ports of the PS5 system - no change.


What should I do? Can you recommend me a mouse which will have side buttons and would be recognized by FF XIV?


UPDATE: I managed to figure out what was causing the swap issue. PS5 for some reason assumed I'm left-handed (well, I am but I use mouse with right hand). I changed the settings in "Accessories" and no swap anymore. However, the side buttons are still not recognized.
I found out how to write the hardware actions into onboard memory of my mouse and remapped things over and over... everything is recognized from the onboard memory except for the side buttons - the game refuses to see them.
