Option for adding outlines to nameplates, fly texts, and pop-up texts

This significantly decreases my readability of affected texts in the game, and has become an active strain to process.

Couldn't have said it better myself. This update to the nameplates has been a gigantic headache for pretty much everyone I know. Hopefully the UI team at least adds the option for players to bold the new fonts, if they so choose.
