Can means "ability to output" not necessarily "ability to actually do so".

And sure the game is old, but that means nothing. I'm pretty sure my 3080 hits 100% getting 120 fps at 1440p ultrawide.

4K is more difficult to drive than 3440x1440. So yeah...

My 3090 is nearly at 100% at 1440p with locked 144hz so yeah lol.
