    Unable to download patch files 30413 25008 10009

    I'm playing on Windows 10 PC. I've been trying various methods for almost two hours and I still can't download patch 5.5.

    I have tried:

    - Logging In through a VPN
    - Resetting my DNS
    - Uninstalling the game

    Nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any other ideas?

    Same Issue

    It was fine before the update, but today I get really close to being finished with the download and then suddenly the error comes up.

    Update on my end - resetting my internet hard ware cleared up the issue. I;m not sure if there was an update or something but resetting my modem and router allowed me to successfully download the patch.

    I have also reset my modem and my router I got up to 26 percent before I got the same error.

    Final update: turns out Discord, of all things was causing the problems, I've downloaded the patch now.

    still getting error

    turned off antivirus
    reset dns
    turned off firewall
    reset dns again
    tried vpn
    tried using both house internet and mobile hotspot

    and i am still getting this bloody error!! my other games updated just fine so only ff14 is giving me issues

    Is the PC connected directly to the router? Additionally, could you try the following:


    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

    -Try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC.
