    I might be misunderstanding you but when she appeared, although I don't think she was named, the first option that I had was "It is good to see you, M'naago" (or something like that in French). I assumed that I had this option because I was rank 5 in her custom delivery quests.
    Do you have her last achievement unlocked? Maybe it is the prerequisite for this option.

    I haven't done any of her custom deliveries, and I got the option to say hey M'naago too hehe

    There has been a slight misunderstanding—I was just making a joke about how the scene played out. Her first few dialogue boxes don't have her name, but the other times they've done this gag has been with Namazu or other Beast Tribe NPCs, who all usually use the same models. That they did it with Naago, despite her very distinct appearance, made it all the sillier to me.
